Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with access to your data or information stored on your behalf by a third party that may contain sensitive or private content. Private information that we may request access to could include but is not limited to: Email Metadata and Calendar Metadata. 

Email Metadata:

We use this data to help you reconstruct your communication activity for any given day. By searching for Sent Email Metadata, we can help you reconstruct who you contacted and via Subject Headers and snippets, and summarize the conversation.  

Calendar Metadata:

We use this data to help you reconstruct your meeting and scheduled activity for any given day. Via Meeting Organizer, Headers, Location and Duration Headers, we help you quantify the time invested in any of these activities.

We don’t share or store any of this information with any person other than you. We don’t even store the raw metadata, instead It is presented through our interface to you in a manner to help you report time spent on activity. You can chose to save these summaries as part of your time reporting in which case, only the content you highlight and edit is stored on our servers. 

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
